    Talent Acquisition Associate 

    Location: Remote (6 Months Contract)
    Salary: Open to Negotiation

    About the Role

    We’re seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Associate to join our dynamic and passionate client team of recruiters in the FinTech industry.

    The ideal candidate will have strong experience hiring for Non-Tech roles such as Field Credit Officers, Field Verification Officers, Portfolio Managers, Business Relationship Managers, Sales Executives, POS Agents, and Business Development professionals.

    You will partner directly with hiring managers to manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding ensuring timely, quality hires that drive business growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage full-cycle recruitment from job briefing, sourcing, screening, interviews, to offer negotiation and onboarding.
    • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for FinTech commercial and operational roles.
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver strategic recruitment solutions.
    • Support HR initiatives including performance management, employee relations, and process improvement.
    • Ensure recruitment practices align with company goals and FinTech industry best practices.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum 5 years’ experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably within FinTech or Financial Services.
    • Proven track record hiring for Non-Tech roles, Sales, Credit, Field Operations, Business Development, and Relationship Management.
    • Experience as both an Agency Recruiter and In-house Recruiter.
    • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
    • Proficient with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
    • Strong organizational skills and business acumen with a focus on strategic alignment.
