Surveyor at China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (CCECC) Nigeria Limited

Responsibilities:

• Perform land and construction surveys, including topographic, boundary, and property surveys.
• Use GPS, Total Stations, and other advanced surveying tools to collect accurate data.
• Analyze survey data and create precise maps, reports, and documentation for projects.
• Ensure all survey work complies with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and planners to provide accurate survey information.
• Conduct field surveys in various environments and prepare necessary legal descriptions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field with 2-3 years of experience.
• Proficiency in surveying tools and software like GPS, GIS, Total Stations, and CAD.
• In-depth knowledge of land surveying principles, laws, and regulations
• Ability to produce accurate maps, survey reports, and legal documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills for data interpretation.
• Ability to work in the field under varying conditions and produce timely results.
