Store Officer at Emzor Pharmaceutical Industries Limited

Job Summary

• The Store Officer will be responsible for receiving, recording, issuing, and monitoring all materials, consumables, and finished goods in line with cGMP and inventory control procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive raw materials, packaging materials, and consumables into the store with proper documentation.
• Maintain accurate stock records in ERP systems and update stock cards daily.
• Conduct routine stock counts and support monthly inventory reconciliation.
• Ensure proper material labeling, storage conditions, and FIFO/FEFO practices.
• Issue materials to production based on approved requisitions.
• Assist in ensuring good housekeeping and compliance with safety guidelines.

Requirements

• HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3–5 years experience in storekeeping, preferably in a pharmaceutical or FMCG environment.
• Knowledge of inventory systems (SAP/ERP) is an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and good documentation skills.
