Store Manager at VMAX Tea & Coffee Ltd

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Store Manager to lead our tea and coffee shop located in Ikeja. The ideal candidate will manage daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. Candidates who live nearby and have previous experience in restaurant or café management will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the tea and coffee shop to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain high service and product quality standards.
• Monitor sales and implement strategies to achieve business targets.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
• Manage inventory, supplier orders, and stock control.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Prepare daily and monthly sales and performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety standards.
• Plan and execute store promotions or marketing activities to attract customers.
• Supervise cash handling, daily reconciliation, and POS operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a café, restaurant, or beverage outlet management role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Applicants must live in or near Ikeja.
• Basic knowledge of accounting, stock management, and POS systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous work experience in a tea, coffee, or restaurant environment.
• Familiarity with Nigerian food and beverage industry trends.
