Store Keeper/Inventory Officer at Service Arts and Hospitality Academy (SAHA Africa)

Job Summary:

• We seek a reliable and detail-oriented Store Keeper / Inventory Officer to manage our stock levels, ensure accurate record-keeping, and support smooth inventory operations in our restaurant.The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and tracking materials or products in a well-organized and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect deliveries to ensure accurate quantities and quality.
• Organize and store items in designated locations.
• Maintain updated inventory records using manual logs or inventory software
• Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies.
• Issue materials/products as requested by departments and update records accordingly.
• Monitor stock levels and notify management of low stock or overstock.
• Ensure the store area is clean, secure, and well-organized.
• Coordinate with procurement and other departments for stock planning and replenishment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Store Keeper or Inventory Officer in a hotel or restaurant.
• Good knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Physical stamina for lifting and organizing stock.
• Honest, reliable, and highly organized.
