    State Supervisor

    Position overview:

    • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as a state supervisor for our kaduna operations.
    • The successful candidate will play a viral role in overseeing and enhancing our sales activity in the region,ensuring the effective execution of our strategies, and contributing to the growth of Haier Thermocool.

    key responsibilities:

    Sales leadership:

    • Provide effective leadership to the sales team in kadunadriving performance and achieving set targets.
    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and ensure revenue growth.
    • Actively recurit new micro enterprises while keeping cordial relationships with existing mico enterprises.
    • Take Regular stock inventory to ensure no stock loss. 

    Team management:

    • Train sales representatives to optimize performance and Foster a high-performing team.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance team capabilities.

    Market Analysis:

    • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities,trends and challenges in kaduna region.
    • Utilize market insight to develop targeted sales strategies and stay ahead of competitors.

    Customer relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and distributors in the assigned territory.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution
    • Reporting and Analysis
    • Generate regular reports on sales performance,market trends and competitor activities.
    • Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to the sales strategy.

    Qualification and Experience:

    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, marketing or a related field.
    • Proven experience in sales management,preferably 3-5years in similar role within the Home appliance or consumer electronics industry.
    • Strong understanding of the kaduna market and its dynamics.
    • Excellent Leadership and team management skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
