Spa Supervisor at Owens and Xley

Our client is a leading and award winning Skincare brand in Ogba

Location: Ogba, Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the Spa including placing and tracking orders for spa supplies and equipment.
• Offer spa treatments to customers
• Enforce internal policies and procedures to ensure the safety of the clients and also the employees.
• Handle scheduling and client’s appointments
• Uphold the ambience and appearance of the spa and treatment rooms.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Team to seek opportunities to increase sales
• Manage and balance inventory, supply orders and schedule demand.
• Contribute to the development of new service offerings and seasonal promotions which significantly increased revenue
• Ensure all sterilisation meets or exceeds standards and requirements.
• Ensure spa facility is cleaned and maintained at all times for clients.
• Ensure the highest levels of client satisfaction by managing client requests, anticipating client needs, and resolving client concerns.

Key Requirements

• BSc. or HND in a related field
• 1-year working experience in a similar role

Remuneration

• Salary: N50,000 – N70,000 monthly.
