Job Description

• Carry out and supervise services as massages, facials, body wraps, scrubs, waxing, manicures, and pedicures as required by clients in the SPA
• Enlighten customers on spa products and services, and recommend treatment routines.
• Ensure that the SPA is incompliancewith all requisite policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Ensure absolute cleanliness of environment and equipment after session appointments
• Handle customer dissatisfaction, collate all feedback and follow up on necessary actions.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and supplies from the store and ensure that client satisfaction is top-notch.

Qualification

• B.A Degree in Physiotherapy or any related discipline
• 3 - 5 years experience in the beauty industry.
• Astute prowess for customer satisfaction
• Must be resident within the Island of Lagos.
