Sourcing Specialist FME at Mondelez International

How you will contribute

• You support spend category teams to develop and execute sourcing strategies for specific spend categories.
• To excel in this role, you interact with cross-functional stakeholders to manage spend and market analytics (for example, conducting “make or buy” analyses).
• You also generate insights from bid events, prepare supplier negotiation materials, support project execution and supplier relationship management, and drive controls and compliance.

What you need to know about this position:

To manage procurement of facilities and utilities services including Renewables for Sub Saharan Africa Business Unit.

Our ideal candidate should have :

• Good understanding the business needs and buying policies incl. MDLZ systems and processes
• Collaboration with stakeholders  includes Legal
• Good communication and analytical skills (should be data driven)
• Understanding of ERP tools (SAP/Coupa/Tableau etc) includes Buyer Central
• Must hold a minimum of Bachelor degree or equivalent.
