Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Strategist & Content Creator to manage and grow our client’s online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging contents, developing social media strategies, and driving brand visibility and lead generation for our real estate offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with the company’s marketing goals
• Create high-quality content (graphics, short videos, reels, captions, and copy) for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and youtube
• ⁠Manage daily posting schedules and maintain consistent brand voice
• Cover on-site property inspections, open houses, and company activities for content creation
• ⁠Monitor social media performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports
• Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and build an online community
• Stay up to date with social media trends, real estate marketing strategies, and platform updates
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to support lead generation and promotions

Job Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree with 2 yeas experience.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Strategist, or Content Creator (preferably in real estate
• Strong skill in content writing
• Proficiency in tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, or similar
• Good understanding of social media analytics and performance tracking
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Must be available to work on-site within a week in Ajah
