Job Summary

• We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and highly organized Social Media Personnel to oversee and execute our social media strategy.
• This role is responsible for building brand awareness, engaging audiences, driving traffic, and supporting business growth through effective content planning, campaign execution, and performance analysis across all major social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
• Define KPIs such as engagement rate, reach, conversions, and follower growth.
• Plan and manage social media calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, TikTok, etc.).
• Stay up-to-date with platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging tools.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, tone, and guidelines.
• Generate regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Time management and organization
• Create, curate, and publish high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, stories).
• Identify potential risks and escalate appropriately.
• Foster a positive and engaging online community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in social media management.
• Proven track record of growing and managing social media accounts.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Preferable Male.

Skills:

• Experience with social advertising (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Instagram Ads).
• Basic graphic design or video editing skills.
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
• Strong creativity and attention to detail.
