• End-to-end architectural leadership — from concept design through to construction completion and handover
• Design and delivery of luxury residential estates and premium mixed-use developments
• Preparation and management of planning applications and regulatory approvals (LASPPPA, LASBCA)
• Coordination of structural, MEP, landscape, and interior design consultants
• Integration of smart home technologies, sustainable design principles, and premium material specifications
• Presenting architectural concepts to senior leadership, investors, and high-net-worth clients
• Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of architects and architectural technologists

What We're Looking For

• 6 –10 years of progressive architectural experience; minimum 5 years in a senior role
• Strong portfolio of completed luxury residential or mixed-use projects in Nigeria or comparable markets
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), and 3D visualisation tools
• Deep understanding of Lagos State building regulations and approval processes
• International affiliations (RIBA, AIA) are an advantage
• B.Arch or M.Arch from an accredited institution
