    Social Media Managers (YouTube, IG/FB, WhatsApp Community)

    We are looking for a creative, strategic, and highly motivated social media manager to join our team. This role requires someone who lives and breathes social media trends, has a flair for content creation, and can build and grow an engaged online community across multiple platforms.

    As our Social Media Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day management of our social channels, develop content strategies, run campaigns, and measure performance to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and conversions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
    2. Create and manage content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
    3. Write compelling captions and produce or oversee graphics, videos, and animations.
    4. Monitor trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity to adapt strategy in real time.
    5. Launch and manage paid social media campaigns (boosts, Meta Ads, etc.).
    6. Track and report on key performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth, conversions, etc.)
    7. Engage with followers, respond to messages/comments, and manage community feedback.
    8. Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging.
    9. Use analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.) to assess campaign success and improve performance.

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • Proven experience (2+ years) as a social media manager or similar role
    • Strong knowledge of all major social media platforms and their best practices
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Experience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.)
    • Experience running and optimizing paid social media ads
    • Understanding of social media analytics, KPIs, and reporting
    • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly to changing trends
    • Creativity, attention to detail, and a strong aesthetic sense

    Bonus Consideration: Photography, video editing, or motion graphics experience

    Bonus Consideration: Able to manage and grow a YouTube Channel
