Job Summary

• The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and growing Uncle Stan’s online presence across all digital platforms. This role requires a mix of creativity, strategy, and analytics to ensure our brand stays engaging, trendy, and impactful in the fast-paced world of social media.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a social media strategy to grow brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
• Manage daily posting, scheduling, and community engagement across Instagram, TikTok, Twitter (X), Facebook, and YouTube.
• Collaborate with the Content Creator to produce exciting and shareable content.
• Monitor social media trends, viral challenges, and competitor activities, and apply them to our brand.
• Interact with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build a strong online community.
• Run paid social campaigns (ads, sponsored posts, influencer collaborations) and track ROI.
• Prepare monthly social media reports and insights to guide marketing decisions.
• Drive online campaigns, giveaways, and brand activations that generate buzz.
• Work closely with the Customer Service team to handle feedback and ensure excellent online reputation management.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and storytelling style across all platforms.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Digital Marketer, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Twitter (X), and Facebook algorithms.
• Excellent copywriting and content planning skills.
• Familiarity with social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.).
• Data-driven mindset with experience in social media analytics.
• Creative, fun, and up-to-date with online culture, memes, and trends.
• Strong communication and people skills for community building.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
