Social Media Manager / Content Creator at Josiah Fidel Consulting

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage our online presence and produce engaging content that strengthens our brand visibility and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow social media accounts across relevant platforms
• Create, curate, and publish high-quality content (graphics, videos, captions, stories, reels, etc.)
• Develop content calendars and execute social media campaigns
• Write compelling copy with strong storytelling that aligns with brand voice
• Monitor trends, platform algorithms, and performance analytics
• Analyze insights and optimize content strategy for growth and engagement
• Collaborate with internal teams and external creatives where necessary

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• Proficiency in content creation and editing tools (video editing, graphic design software, etc.)
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools
• Creative mindset with a strong visual and design sense
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
