Social Media Manager (Crypto/Web3) at GAIN Limited

Role Overview

• An exciting opportunity is available for a highly experienced Social Media Manager to lead and execute the complete social media strategy for a fast-growing crypto brand in Nigeria.
• The successful candidate will take full ownership of the brand’s social presence, develop engaging content, manage online communities, coordinate influencer relationships, and build a distinctive voice across the Nigerian crypto ecosystem. This role is best suited for someone who understands both crypto culture and Nigerian internet culture and thrives in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage all Nigeria social media channels end-to-end.
• Develop and execute content calendars across multiple platforms.
• Create engaging copy, real-time content, and trend-driven campaigns.
• Manage and grow communities across X (Twitter), Telegram, Discord, Instagram, TikTok, and Reels.
• Coordinate and maintain relationships with Nigerian KOLs, influencers, streamers, and community leaders.
• Monitor community conversations and protect the brand’s online reputation.
• Drive audience growth, engagement, and community retention.
• Collaborate with marketing leadership to execute campaigns that support user acquisition and brand awareness.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, Web3, and on-chain culture.
• Demonstrable experience managing and growing social media communities, preferably within Nigeria or other emerging markets.
• Excellent copywriting and community management skills.
• Deep familiarity with X (Twitter), Telegram, Discord, TikTok, Instagram, and short-form content.
• Ability to identify and respond quickly to trends while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
• Self-driven with the ability to independently manage multiple platforms.

Added Advantage

• Previous experience in iGaming, casino, betting, or related industries.
• Existing relationships with Nigerian crypto influencers, KOLs, or Telegram community leaders.
• Video editing and short-form content production skills.
• Fluency in Yoruba, Hausa, Igbo, or Nigerian Pidgin.
