The ideal candidate should be smart, able to take initiative to deliver tasks, and must have a proven track record as a Social Media officer/content creator.
Key Responsibilities:
Create, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (photos and videos)
Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
Using social media tools to create and maintain the company’s brand
Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
Communicate with followers, respond to DMs in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews
Running company social media advertising campaigns
Draft correspondence such as emails and letters
Overseeing customer service provided via social media
Acting as the point of contact between the manager and clients via the social media platforms
Being on top of the latest social media trends
Acting as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
HND/BSC from a reputable institution
Minimum of a year experience as a social media manager.
Hands-on experience in content management
Excellent video editing and Iphoneography skills
Excellent copywriting skills
Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
Experience with using Canva, In-shot, and other social media apps like Instagram and TikTok
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
