Social Media Manager and Marketer at Tobams Group

• We are looking for an experienced social media manager and marketer to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing social media campaigns to promote our brand, increase brand awareness, and drive engagement with our audience.
• You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to create and deliver compelling social media content that aligns with our brand values and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media marketing strategies that align with our brand goals and objectives
• Manage and maintain our social media accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
• Create, curate, and publish engaging content for social media platforms, including images, videos, and text
• Monitor social media trends and emerging platforms to stay ahead of the competition
• Analyze and report on social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and improve future content
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and sales, to ensure social media campaigns align with overall business objectives
• Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in social media marketing and make recommendations to improve our social media presence

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a social media manager or marketer, with a portfolio of successful social media campaigns
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Tiktok, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Experience with graphic design and video editing software is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Passion for social media and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies
