    Social Media Executives

    Salary Range: based on experience

    Summary of the Role

Landshop Limited is recruiting on behalf of its Founder, Prince David Omaghomi (PDO) — a visionary leader and social entrepreneur — to fill the role of Social Media Officer in his high-performance Founder's Back Office Team.

This role is for a digital-native content creator and strategist, capable of designing and executing engaging, multi-platform campaigns that reflect the Founder’s diverse work across business, climate action, social advocacy, and innovation. You will manage and grow the public-facing digital presence of a leader whose personal brand touches real estate, agriculture, labour rights, and women’s empowerment — all through multiple digital channels.

This is not a regular 9-5. It’s a fast-paced, multi-layered digital environment where creativity, initiative, and AI-enhanced execution are essential.

    Role Expectations

    • Manage the Founder’s digital presence across Instagram, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
    • Plan, design, and schedule visually engaging and strategic content (graphics, carousels, reels, live sessions, and campaigns).
    • Use automation and AI tools to optimize workflow, engagement, and analytics.
    • Collaborate with other back office leads to integrate brand messaging into major campaigns and events.
    • Monitor trends and community engagement to keep platforms fresh and interactive.
    • Maintain a coherent brand voice across all posts and digital expressions.

    Basic Requirements

    • Strong working knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Meta Suite, Google Workspace, scheduling tools, and AI utilities like ChatGPT or Adobe Express and content generation tools like Blaze.ai etc
    • Experience managing active brand or public figure accounts.
    • Excellent storytelling, visual sense, and copywriting abilities.
    • Social listening and trend-tracking skills.
    • Ability to handle multiple platforms simultaneously and report performance metrics.
