Social Media and Content Marketing Specialist at Drugstore Nigeria

Responsibilities:

• Content Planning & Creation: Develop and manage a weekly content calendar for all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok) with a focus on engaging topics and industry trends.
• Weekly Meetings: Attend and contribute to weekly meetings with the team
• Social Media Management: Design and create high-quality posts, videos, and graphics for social media, publishing content at least three times per week.
• Post Management: Upload and schedule posts across all social platforms and monitor them for engagement.
• Community Engagement: Actively respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across all social media platforms to maintain high levels of interaction with our community.
• Newsletter & Email Marketing: Write and send engaging newsletters to our email list, ensuring consistency with the overall marketing strategy.
• Blog Content Creation: Write and publish informative and valuable content for the blog, with a focus on health and wellness topics.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.
• Familiarity with various social media platforms and their respective best practices.
• Strong writing skills with an ability to craft engaging and informative content.
• Experience with design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar.
• Knowledge of health, wellness, or pharmacy-related industries is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
