    National Sales Manager

    Job Overview

    • The National Sales Manager will be responsible for driving nationwide sales performance, managing and supervising all sales representatives, and ensuring revenue targets are achieved.
    • The role requires strong leadership, accountability, and the ability to enforce discipline within the sales team, particularly in the areas of sales execution, fund management, and debt control. The ideal candidate must be proactive, results-driven, and able to identify and address gaps in the sales system to improve overall business performance.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and mentor the sales and marketing teams, setting clear goals and strategies to meet and exceed goals, drive revenue growth and market expansion.
    • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
    • Manage, motivate, and develop the sales and marketing teams, ensuring collaboration and continuous improvement.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams to enhance the company's market position.
    • Conduct in-depth market analysis, monitor industry trends, and provide insights to inform strategic decision-making.
    • Conduct regular visits to sales representatives' territories to support and guide their activities.
    • Implement strategies to prevent, reduce and recover debts and monitor outstanding accounts.
    • Oversee and optimize the daily sales activities, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective strategies to drive sales growth.

    • Host Sales Strategy & Assessment meetings to provide valuable insights and contribute to the development of sales plans and strategies
    • Efficiently handle and supervise all incoming sales inquiries, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of our products/services and providing tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
    • Proactively identify and address any challenges or concerns related to the sales process, collaborating with internal teams to implement effective solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.

    Skills & Educational Qualification

    • A Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related discipline; a postgraduate qualification (MBA) will be an advantage
    • 5-10 years relevant experience leading sales teams, preferably in the publishing Industry
    • Demonstrated ability to lead, build, and manage high-performing sales teams
    • Strong understanding of market dynamics, sales strategies, and emerging marketing channels
    • Sound analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into results
    • High emotional intelligence with the ability to manage relationships, influence teams, and resolve conflicts effectively
    • Results-oriented mindset with a strong drive for performance and target achievement
    • Proven capacity to identify growth opportunities and deliver consistent business expansion
    • Practical experience in managing collections, debt recovery, and enforcing financial accountability
    • Good understanding of operational controls, compliance, and structured reporting systems

    HR Generalist

    Job Summary

    • The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for managing all core HR functions while serving as a strategic partner to management in driving organizational performance, structure, and growth.
    • The role goes beyond administrative HR and requires a proactive professional who can align people management with business objectives, enforce accountability, strengthen systems, and support leadership in decision-making.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding
    • Develop and maintain structured HR systems, templates, and documentation
    • Create, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, processes, and frameworks to support organizational growth
    • Drive performance management by developing KPIs, coordinating appraisals, and monitoring staff productivity across departments
    • Provide HR insights to Management to support decision-making on staffing, performance, discipline, and organizational structure
    • Identify workforce gaps and recommend practical solutions to improve efficiency and output
    • Manage employee relations by handling grievances, conflict resolution, and ensuring a professional work environment
    • Oversee disciplinary processes including queries, warnings, suspensions, and terminations in line with company policy

    • Coordinate staff welfare, engagement, and communication initiatives

    • Collaborate with department heads (Sales, Warehouse, Admin) to align people management with operational needs
