SME Portfolio Manager at Renmoney

The SME Portfolio Manager at Renmoney will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the portfolio of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). This position involves analyzing the performance of SME loans and ensuring effective risk management while driving growth and profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of SME loans, from origination to portfolio monitoring and reporting.
• Analyze portfolio performance metrics such as loan default rates, repayment rates, and profitability.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement strategies to minimize credit risk within the SME portfolio.
• Collaborate with the credit team to ensure all loans issued meet the company's risk appetite and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive growth in the SME segment, focusing on client retention and acquisition.
• Prepare and present regular reports on portfolio performance and risk exposure to senior management.
• Identify market opportunities and recommend new products or enhancements tailored to SMEs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in the regulatory environment that could impact the SME sector.
• Foster strong relationships with SME clients to understand their needs and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in portfolio management, credit analysis, or related fields, specifically focusing on SMEs.
• Strong understanding of credit risk assessment and portfolio management practices.
• Proven track record in achieving growth targets and managing financial portfolios effectively.
• Excellent analytical skills and aptitude for data-driven decision-making.
