Job Description

• As our Site Engineer, You'll beresponsible for overseeing and managing the construction of waterfall and pool projects.
• You'll ensure that projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with design specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met.
• Monitor and track project progress, identifying potential delays or issues.
• Prepare and submit progress reports to relevant parties.
• Oversee the work of subcontractors and ensure they are adhering to project plans and safety protocols.
• Inspect construction materials and equipment for quality and compliance.
• Resolve site-related issues and conflicts promptly.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure that the project meets specified standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and tests to verify the quality of construction work.
• Develop and implement safety plans and procedures for the site.
• Ensure that all safety regulations are followed and that workers are provided with necessary safety equipment.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, taking corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Monitor project budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Manage change orders and variations to the project scope.
• Possess a strong understanding of waterfall and pool construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Be proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Have knowledge of surveying and leveling techniques.
• Be familiar with construction equipment and machinery used in waterfall and pool construction.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and inspection reports.
• Prepare and submit necessary permits and approvals to regulatory authorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in waterfall and pool construction.
• Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and equipment specific to waterfall and pool projects.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings related to water features.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and standards for construction projects involving water.
• Knowledge of construction software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit)
