Shift Engineer-Loading at Sterling Oil Exploration & Energy Production Company Limited (SEEPCO)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the Loading Team.
• Manage LNG, Propane & Butane loading/unloading operations.
• Ensure product quality and quantity during customer deliveries.
• Champion process safety and emergency response.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate maintenance activities.
• Mentor team members and ensure compliance with operational procedures and HSE standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• 10–15 years' experience, including a minimum of 10 years in LNG Terminal Operations.
• Experience with LNG loading/unloading, gantry/bullet operations, DCS, SAP/MAPCON (or similar ERP), and stock management.
• Strong knowledge of process safety, emergency response, and plant operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
