    Shawarma Customer Service Lead (SCSL)

    About the Role

    • We are looking for a Shawarma Customer Service Lead (SCSL) to join our growing team.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with Shawarma vendors and customers through proactive phone and WhatsApp communication.
    • You will serve as the first point of contact for welcoming new customers, verifying details, resolving complaints, and ensuring long-term customer retention.
    • This role plays a critical part in protecting and expanding our Shawarma Market Share (SMS) across the neighborhood division.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Make daily phone calls to new and existing Shawarma customers.
    • Verify customer details and take first time orders.
    • Address customer complaints promptly.
    • Maintain long-term relationships with Shawarma vendors.
    • Support the protection and growth of Shawarma Market Share (SMS).
    • Accurately log complaints, resolutions, and verification records.

    What We’re Looking For

    • Strong communication and active listening skills.
    • Ability to handle objections and solve problems effectively.
    • Excellent follow-up discipline and documentation habits.
    • Experience in customer service, sales support, or a similar role is an added advantage.

    Tools You’ll Use:

    • Phone & WhatsApp Business.
    • Ticket Log Sheet (for complaints & resolutions).
    • SDS Sheet for tracking performance.
