Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Stock Broker with deep expertise across equities, bonds, fixed income instruments, and foreign exchange (FX).
• The successful candidate will be responsible for executing trades, managing client portfolios, providing strategic investment advice, and navigating complex financial markets to optimize returns while managing risk.
• This role requires strong market insight, regulatory knowledge, and a proven ability to build and maintain high-value client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and manage trades across equities, bonds, fixed income securities, and forex markets in accordance with client objectives and market conditions.
• Develop and implement customized investment strategies for high-net-worth individuals, institutional clients, or corporate accounts.
• Monitor global financial markets, economic indicators, and geopolitical events to identify trading opportunities and risks.
• Provide expert market analysis, trade recommendations, and timely investment advice to clients.
• Manage and rebalance client portfolios to ensure alignment with risk tolerance, liquidity needs, and return expectations.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and ethical standards.
• Maintain accurate trade documentation, reports, and client records.
• Build, manage, and expand long-term client relationships through proactive engagement and superior service.
• Collaborate with research analysts, risk managers, and compliance teams to support informed trading decisions.
• Mentor junior brokers and contribute to team development, where applicable.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (MBA or CFA preferred).
• 7+ years of experience as a stock broker or trader with multi-asset exposure.
• Proven hands-on trading experience in equities, bonds, fixed income products, and forex.
• Strong understanding of capital markets, derivatives, and risk management principles.
• Relevant professional licenses and regulatory certifications as required by jurisdiction.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large portfolios and sophisticated clients.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and decision-making skills.
