    Fund Manager

    Job Description

    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for asset allocation, portfolio management, risk assessment, and strategic investment decision-making across multiple asset classes.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage and optimize investment portfolios to achieve targeted returns while mitigating risks.
    • Conduct in-depth market research, financial analysis, and economic forecasting to guide investment decisions.
    • Develop and implement fund strategies across asset classes such as equities, fixed income, real estate, and money market instruments.
    • Monitor portfolio performance, market trends, and regulatory developments.
    • Prepare and present periodic investment reports, portfolio analytics, and performance updates to management and clients.
    • Identify new investment opportunities and evaluate their suitability for various portfolio mandates.

    • 5–10 years’ experience in portfolio management, investment analysis, or fund management in an investment or asset management firm.
    • Strong understanding of financial markets, asset classes, investment instruments, and portfolio construction.
    • Demonstrated ability to outperform benchmarks and deliver consistent portfolio results.

    Senior Legal Manager (with Board and Management Secretariat Support)

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a highly organized, articulate, and detail-oriented Legal Officer  with board and management secretariat support to join its Legal & Secretariat Unit.
    • The ideal candidate must have strong legal expertise and exceptional skills in preparing, reviewing, and taking minutes for Management and Board Meetings, as well as providing general legal support to the bank.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare accurate, concise, and timely minutes for Board Meetings, Management Meetings, Committee Meetings, and other key governance sessions.
    • Coordinate pre-meeting and post-meeting activities, including agenda preparation, circulation of meeting packs, and follow-up on action points.
    • Provide legal advice on mortgage transactions, loan documentation, regulatory compliance, and general corporate matters.
    • Draft, review, and vet legal documents, agreements, contracts, mortgages, and security documents.
    • Support the company secretariat in ensuring statutory filings, corporate governance compliance, and proper documentation.

    • Proven experience in taking and preparing high-quality meeting minutes, especially for senior management and board-level meetings.

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Credit Administration Manager to support our growing credit operations.
    • The ideal candidate will ensure proper documentation, effective monitoring of mortgage facilities, and full compliance with regulatory and internal credit policies.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage end-to-end credit documentation for all approved mortgage and loan facilities.
