Senior Sales Associate at Reposebay Human Resources Limited

• The Senior Sales Associate plays a pivotal role in our Sales & Retail department, responsible for coordinating sales activities and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
• This role involves delivering exceptional customer experiences, leading the sales team, and refining sales processes.
• The Senior Sales Associate reports directly to both the Brand Manager and Country Manager.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective strategies to maximize sales targets.
• Identify new sales opportunities and stay updated on emerging market trends.
• Oversee and optimize sales, retail, and order fulfillment operations, including order processing, liaising with production, managing deliveries, merchandising, stock inventory management, and reporting.
• Manage and track inventory to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Address customer inquiries across various communication platforms.
• Follow up on orders to ensure successful fulfillment through customer pickup or delivery.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, complaints, requests, and inquiries.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or a relevant field.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in retail sales, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• In-depth knowledge of marketing and sales.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Strong leadership abilities.
