The Senior Relationship Manager will oversee client management, identify new business opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, tailoring our financial solutions to their needs, and onboarding of new clients. The role also involves mobilizing deposits, assessing creditworthiness, monitoring loan performance, and achieving set financial targets. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Calabar.
Qualifications
Strong client relationship management, customer service, and interpersonal skills
Strong deposit mobilization skills
Experience in sales, business development, and market analysis
Knowledge of credit evaluation, risk assessment, and financial analysis
Proficiency in financial planning, compliance, and microfinance operations
Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a dynamic and target-driven environment
Proven track record in achieving revenue goals and managing client portfolios
Bachelor's degree/HND in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Prior experience in bank/microfinance bank, financial services, or a related sector is an advantage
