As a Senior Project Manager at Rhema Projects, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing complex construction projects. You will work closely with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects within scope, budget, and timeline constraints. Your responsibilities will encompass project planning, execution, resource management, and cost control.
Time Management (60%):
Client Interaction: Collaborate with the management to understand project objectives,stakeholder expectations, timelines, and project-specific requirements. Interpret clientrequirements with a high level of accuracy.
Construction Documentation: Thoroughly review and familiarize yourself with constructiondocumentation. Raise Request for Information (RFIs) as necessary to clarify any ambiguities orgaps in documentation.
Programme of Works: Develop a comprehensive Programme of Works that includes schedulesfor materials, equipment, and personnel for all projects.
Resource Coordination: Coordinate and harmonize materials and equipment delivery scheduleswith the Commercial Team and Equipment Leasing Unit.
Project Goals and Reporting: Develop project goals based on project timelines, assign tasks toteam members, track progress, and provide weekly progress reports to clients.
Quality Control: Collaborate with the QAQC Engineer to ensure construction processes,materials testing, and quality standards are met at all project stages.

Material Quality Control: Work with the QAQC Unit and Commercial Team to ensure materials' quality and quantities supplied adhere to project specifications.
Timely Material Delivery: Follow up on material delivery schedules with the Commercial Team to prevent project delays.
Work Environment: Maintain a work-friendly environment on-site, ensuring safety and comfort for project teams.
Safety Compliance: Coordinate with the HSE Manager to ensure safety protocols and standards are upheld on all site operations.
Community Relations: Foster and maintain positive relationships with community representatives to ensure a harmonious relationship with the host community.
Project Reporting: Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly project traction reports for clients.
Cost Management (40%):
Alignment with Construction Documentation: Correlate materials schedules with elements' volumes established from construction documentation.
Equipment Planning: Plan equipment requirements and utilization.
Financial Transaction Validation: Vet and sign off on all site financial transactions.
Materials Deployment: Supervise effective materials deployment to projects.
Budget Management: Maintain project budgets, ensuring net project costs are below budgeted amounts with a 100% efficiency rate in budget management.
Personnel Management: Deploy personnel based on their areas of strength to maximize output and minimize cost.
