Senior Manager Human Resources Consulting

Role Description
- This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Manager Human Resources Consulting located in Lagos. The Senior Manager will be responsible for HR Transformation, HR Consulting, implementing HR Policies, and overseeing Performance Management. Some work from home is acceptable for this role.
Qualifications
- 8 Years Human Resources (HR) and HR Consulting expertise
- Experience in HR Transformation and implementing HR Policies
- Skills in Performance Management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Professional certification in HR is a plus
