Senior Legal Officer at Prime Atlantic Cegelec Nigeria (PACE)

Operational Responsibilities

• Draft / review service level agreements and documents
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations
• Ensure statutory/regulatory compliance and manage relationships with regulatory agencies
• Litigation management and liaising with external counsel
• Filing and registering of company trademarks, patents and trade names
• Identify legal risks and their implication on business/operational activities of the Company
• Attend meetings requiring legal input or support.
• Provide company secretarial support and carry out required filings
• Drafting/review of Company policies

Requirements

Education Qualification:

• A good degree in Law from an accredited University

Experience

• 5 - 7 years’ experience in similar capacity.
• Experience in the Oil and Gas sector is an added advantage.
