Candidates for Senior Lecturer must possess the following:
- Doctorate degree from a recognized University
- Minimum of seven (7) years cognate teaching and research experience
- Minimum of ten (10) publications in reputable journals
- Evidence of mentoring and postgraduate supervision
- Fellowship or Membership of relevant professional bodies
