    Senior Human Resource Consultant

    Description 

    • We are seeking to recruit a consultant in the HR space within our Human Resource Consulting Team, to lead a variety of human resource projects and provide fruitful human capital advice, as well as implement strategic HR plans and technology for our clients.

    Key Accountabilities

    This role reports to Head HR Consulting and has the following responsibilities:

    • Initiate and lead HR programs and projects
    • Select and implement suitable HR technology
    • Managing the professional staff as assigned.
    • Following up assigned leads and preparing proposals.
    • Managing client and internal assignments.
    • Formulate strategic and practical plans to address human resource matters for our clients
    • Assist in external recruiting, training and management of personnel
    • Refurbish knowledge of advancements in the field and present new ideas for internal and external clients
    • Review systems and processes and make modifications to address issues
    • Help establish control systems for compliance with business methods and HR practices for external clients
    • Devise plans and techniques to drive change and culture management for our clients

    Knowledge & Experience Requirements

    • Proven experience as HR consultant within the consulting space.
    • MSc in Human Resources, Business or related fields
    • MSc/MA in human resources will be a plus
    • Relevant professional certification in HR, with, QMS and ESG as an additional advantage
    • Testing and deploying HR Software
    • Experience in project management preferably HR related
    • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods and best practices
    • Excellent communication and consulting skills
    • Strategic thinker and problem-solver and a team player
    • Has written reports on complex subjects that demonstrate the possession and application of the required skills.
    • At least 10 years of experience, in which 6 years is in managerial position.
    • Sound general business knowledge, including the structure and operations of some major businesses, different business policies, different leadership styles, and the problems that typically confront executives.
