As the Senior HR Manager, you will provide strategic HR leadership across plant operations, driving workforce planning, industrial relations, compliance, and organizational development within a manufacturing and mining environment.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with plant operations and corporate objectives
Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, succession planning, and performance management
Manage industrial relations, employee engagement, and labor union matters where applicable
Ensure full compliance with Nigerian labor laws, health & safety regulations, and industry standards
Lead HR reporting, policy development, and continuous improvement initiatives across operations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
Minimum of 7 years HR experience, with strong exposure to manufacturing, plant, or mining environments
Professional certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) is mandatory
Proven experience managing industrial relations and large operational workforce structures
Strategic thinker with strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
