Job Summary

• We're looking for a strategic and seasoned HR professional to lead our HR function. The successful candidate will develop and implement HR initiatives, provide guidance on talent management, and drive organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and manage the HR team, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities.
• Foster positive employee relations, promoting engagement, diversity, and inclusion.
• Design and implement talent management programs, including recruitment, succession planning, and performance management.
• Collaborate with senior management on organizational development, change management, and policy implementation.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Analyze HR metrics and data to inform strategic decisions.
• Manage employee communications, conflicts, and grievance resolution.
• Develop and manage the HR budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Professional HR certification (SHRM-SCP, PHR, GPHR, etc.).
• Proven track record of strategic HR leadership and team management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and labor laws.
