• Senior Finance Officer Weare seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance officer with a strong background in fintech to join our team. He/She must have a very deep understanding of the fintech landscape, including regulatory frameworks, market trends, and innovative financial products, while developing financial strategies to forecast and ensure compliance and risk management.

Responsibilities:

• Financial Strategy and Planning
• Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Leadthe annual budgeting process and long-term financial planning, ensuring alignment with business initiatives.
• Financial Analysis and Reporting, Conduct in-depth financial analyses to support decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders, providing insights into financial performance and trends.
• RiskManagement and Compliance: Monitor and manage financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to navigate the regulatory landscape of the fintech industry.
• TeamLeadership and Development: Mentor and guide finance team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Drive talent development initiatives to enhance team capabilities and performance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, technology, and operations teams to evaluate financial implications of new initiatives and product launches.
• Provide financial insights and support for strategic projects and partnerships.
• Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in fintech to inform strategic decision-making.
• Analyze market conditions to identify potential risks and opportunities for the organization.

Requirements:

• Minimumof 5years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the fintech sector.
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
• Proven experience in financial analysis, reporting, and strategic planning.
• in-depth knowledge of fintech regulations, compliance requirements, and risk management practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop talent.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
