Financial Forecasting: Forecast expected expenses and earnings, and develop financial models to support business planning and decision-making.
Financial Modeling and Analysis: Utilize spreadsheets and statistical modeling software (SAP) to develop financial models, forecast financial performance, and analyze financial data.
Contract Management: Apply contract provisions, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Policy Development and Implementation: Develop and implement policies for contract compliance, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
Financial Modeling and Mathematics: Apply advanced mathematical techniques to develop financial models, analyze financial data, and optimize financial performance.
Financial Systems Security: Maintain the security of financial management systems, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of financial data.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
A master’s degree or professional certifications e.g., CPA, ACCA, or CFA are highly preferred
8–10 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations, corporate finance, and risk management.
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
