Qualifications

• Good Educational Certification i.e. M.Sc, B.Sc, & HND (First class institutions)
• Cogent Professional Experience
• Good Communication Skill (Ability to write and speak fluent English Language)
• Minimum Experience of 5 years
• MSc Preferably
• First Generation Universities/Polytechnics Preferably
• Good team leading and Building Orientation
• At least 7 years experience
• Computer Proficiency
• Multi-tasking skills
• Ability to build strong team membership

Job Description

• As a Senior Estates Surveyor, you will take a lead role in the Estates Team, acting as a role model and advisor, undertaking complex work.
• You will be involved in a wide variety of surveying work, which will keep your days varied and interesting, enabling you to use your knowledge and experience that you have gained through your career.
• You will take a lead on supporting major projects, delivering land entry and acquisition and will also deal with all aspects of estate management, including leases and disposals.
