    Real Estate Marketer / Business Development Executive (Land Sales)

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a results-driven and highly motivated Real Estate Marketer / Business Development Executive to drive land sales and build strong client relationships.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and delivering excellent customer experience throughout the property acquisition process.

    Key Responsibilities
    Sales & Business Development:

    • Market and sell company land properties to prospective buyers
    • Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, and networking
    • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
    • Conduct site inspections and property tours for clients

    Lead Generation & Conversion:

    • Generate leads via social media, digital platforms, cold calls, and field marketing
    • Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients
    • Follow up consistently to convert leads into sales
    • Develop strategies to increase customer acquisition

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
    • Provide advisory support on land investment opportunities
    • Handle client inquiries, objections, and negotiations professionally
    • Ensure excellent customer experience from first contact to post-sale

    Market Intelligence:

    • Stay informed about real estate trends and property values in Lekki and surrounding areas
    • Monitor competitor activities and pricing
    • Provide insights to improve sales strategies and offerings

    Transaction & Documentation Support:

    • Guide clients through payment processes and documentation
    • Ensure proper follow-up on allocations and legal documentation
    • Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction closure

    Brand Promotion:

    • Promote company properties through social media, events, and activations
    • Represent the company at exhibitions, open houses, and networking events
    • Build a strong personal sales presence online

    Reporting:

    • Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance
    • Maintain accurate records of leads, clients, and transactions

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Candidates should possess an OND / HND / B.Sc in any discipline with 1–5 years’experience in sales, marketing - real estate (preferred)
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
    • Good knowledge of Lekki and Lagos real estate market is an advantage
    • Proficiency in social media marketing is a plus
