Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, configure, administer, and manage MS Dynamics CRM
• Create, modify, and maintain functionalities of Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Actively engaged in the projects assigned to you: creating timelines, tasks definition and distribution, code review, implementation
• Work with a Customer Experience (CX) Specialist to enhance the user experience of MS Dynamics CRM
• Analyze, program and optimize database queries.
• Document programming changes and prepare user documentation.
• Create and implement customized business process flows, entities (including cases), attributes, entity forms with tooltip help, entity views, themes, charts, and other functionality within MS Dynamics CRM to support the business requirements
• Design, develop and use Web Services (based on Microsoft frameworks and Microsoft Windows Communication Foundation) to facilitate development of MS Dynamics CRM
• Extend the Dynamics CRM platform by using the supported API and C#.Net (e.g., Develop plug-ins for Dynamics CRM
• Create and maintain SSRS Reports.

Skills/Competence

• Experience in development team coordination, an asset.
• Experience in project management, an asset
• Experience in customization and development of a CRM, Dynamics and asset.
• Experience with relational databases (SQL Server), programming languages (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core).
• Web programming (JavaScript, HTML5, jQuery, Web Services, HTML and CSS).
• Familiar with Microsoft Dynamics Navision software, an asset.
• Team player.
• Azure DevOps.
• Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS).
• Experience with CI/CD Demonstrated Skills
• Able to prioritize, meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Very good oral and written communication skills in English and French.
• Analytical and attention to details.
• Sound knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts. (S.O.L.I.D. Principles)
• Sound knowledge in unit testing (MSBuild, XUnit)
• Leadership and Autonomous.
• Microsoft Dynamics CRM, an asset
• NET (3.5+) with C#, including WCF and WF
• Workflow, Microsoft Active Directory
• SQL Server 2012-2016 and SSRS

Qualification & Experience

Mandatory

• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Computer Science (with complementary experience).
• 5 years’ experience in a similar position.

IT certification and other professional qualification
