You will be responsible for the development and oversight of the execution of dynamic and progressive performance and digital campaigns to meet our overall business goals.
The Senior Digital Analyst will manage and provide leadership in the operations of the marketing department consisting of SEO, Performance and Digital Marketing units.
The role will also have a clear responsibility and accountability to develop marketing plans, measurements, and activities and manage marketing budgets and ROIs.
What You Will Be Doing:
Ownership of the digital marketing budget and the ROI associated with the marketing spend as per determined deliverables and targets
Responsible for the day-to-day planning and execution of all performance and digital marketing activities, including setting goals for all marketing units and monitoring their achievement.
Provide leadership in the execution of digital strategies and campaigns from concept to implementation. Provide training, coaching and mentorship to the marketing team.
Create marketing segmentations to grow the usage of our products' portfolio through identifying target audiences across the country, and develop digital marketing strategies, plans and activities that target these segments for growth. Has experience with CRM systems.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
Oversee the planning and budget allocation for digital marketing plans including the performance and results for all digital channels
Oversee the planning and budget allocation for all digital marketing activities including the performance and results for all digital marketing channels
Monitor and report on performance using analytics tools like AppsFlyer, Google Analytics, Appannie, and Similarweb.
Help manage data integrations between ad platforms, analytics platforms, and our internal data warehouse.
Develop and implement a robust paid media experimentation approach across creatives, audiences, optimization strategies, channels, and geographies to maximize ROAS.
Meet ambitious growth KPIs.
When needed, work with marketing agencies and contractors to design and implement digital marketing campaigns
What You Need for This Role:
BSc or its equivalent in a relevant Marketing discipline.
7+ years' experience in performance & digital marketing and growth hacking.
Proven track record of successful Growth and Performance Campaign Management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to demonstrate products that engage and inspire
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adjust or equivalent)
Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
Data Studio, Tableu and other visualization tools
Search Console and other SEO Tools (basic)
Strong performance marketing skills, analytical skills, and data-driven thinking
Hands on experience managing social media influencers.
Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
