In this role, he/she will be responsible for integrating SAP HCM and SuccessFactors EC modules, working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective solutions.
He/She will be the technical point of contact between the IT department and the HR department
Technical point-of-contact for the assigned functional area and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.
Ensure applications meet the needs, requirements, and objectives of the HR department.
Determining business needs via consultation, business analysis, and targeted observations.
Assessing existing IT infrastructure and recommending improvements.
Deploying SAP solutions and ensuring smooth system integration.
Troubleshooting and resolving issues to optimize performance.
Works effectively with peers to set technology priorities and conduct long-term planning.
Collaborates with HR Leaders to determine the short- and long-term requirements for SAP HR modules, and systems
Identify training gaps impacting service quality
Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in related technical/business areas or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors EC integration
Deep understanding of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors EC modules, data models, and workflows
Experience in integration of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors EC using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) or other middleware.
Strong knowledge of HR business processes and best practices
Experience in implementing and supporting HR systems.
Ability to gather requirements, design integration solutions, and provide technical guidance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with stakeholders.
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
