Job Summary

• We are seeking experienced Senior Coiled Tubing Engineers to join our growing coiled tubing division.
• The role involves designing, planning, and supervising coiled tubing operations including well cleanout, acid stimulation, nitrogen lifting, and drilling operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and plan coiled tubing operations for well intervention projects
• Supervise field operations and ensure safe, efficient job execution
• Conduct pre-job planning, risk assessments, and technical reviews
• Interface with clients during job planning and execution phases
• Mentor junior engineers and field personnel
• Prepare technical reports and post-job analysis
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
• Support business development activities and technical presentations
• Participate in equipment specification and procurement activities
• Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 6 years of experience in coiled tubing operations
• Experience with well cleanout, acid stimulation, and drilling operations
• Strong knowledge of downhole tools and surface equipment
• Proficiency in coiled tubing design software and hydraulic calculations
• Experience working with major oil & gas operators
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and client interface abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Petroleum Engineering
• IWCF Well Control certification
• Experience in Nigerian oil & gas operations
• Knowledge of completion and production operations
• Project management certification
• Advanced software skills (CTSim, WellFlo, etc.).

Technical Skills Required:

• Coiled tubing hydraulics and mechanics
• Well intervention techniques and procedures
• Downhole tool selection and application
• Acid stimulation design and execution
• Safety systems and procedures
• Data analysis and interpretation
• Equipment troubleshooting and optimization.
