Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Developing strong relationships with key clients.
• Ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Identifying and addressing potential issues to retain clients.
• Ensuring that client services are delivered to a high standard.
• Setting realistic expectations and managing client needs.
• Developing proposals and pitches to win new business.
• Providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to team members.

Education and Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or communications.
• MBA or a related master’s degree is an added
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Client Service Executive in the communications Industry.
• Proven experience in client service, account management, or sales.
• Experience in leading teams or managing client relationships.
• Candidate should not be more than 40 years of age.
• Must have experience in the Communications Industry as a Client Service Executive
