    Senior Change Manager

    Role Description

    • We are a leading insurance organization developing next-generation line of business applications for General, Life and Health Insurance.
    • As a Change Manager, you will lead the planning and execution of a multi-tenant, cloud-native insurance platform, focusing on policy, claims, reinsurance, and advanced analytics integrations, ensuring smooth adoption of the new systems, processes, and technologies.
    • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to assess change impacts, develop communication strategies, and support training and stakeholder engagement.
    • Your role is critical in driving user adoption and minimizing resistance to change across the organization.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Change Strategy Development: Design and implement change management strategies aligned with project goals and organizational culture.
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and manage stakeholders, ensuring their concerns are addressed and expectations managed.
    • Communication Planning: Develop and deliver clear, consistent messaging to support change initiatives.
    • Training & Support: Coordinate training programs and user support to ensure successful adoption of new systems.
    • Impact Assessment: Conduct change impact analyses and readiness assessments.
    • Monitoring & Feedback: Track adoption metrics, gather feedback, and adjust strategies as needed.

    Qualifications & Work Experience

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
    • Certification in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI, ACMP) preferred.

    Experience

    • 5+ years in change management roles within large-scale transformation projects.
    • Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and communication planning.
