Job Summary

• Soft Intelligent Machines is seeking a passionate and driven Entry-Level OEM Channel Executive to join our growing team.
• This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals with a strong interest in technology, OEM partnerships, client engagement, and solution development.
• The successful candidate will support the development and management of OEM relationships while working closely with the sales, pre-sales, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the management of OEM partner relationships and act as a point of contact for assigned partners.
• Assist in onboarding new OEM partners and maintaining partner records and documentation.
• Coordinate communication between OEM partners and internal teams (sales, pre-sales, project).
• Assist in executing OEM channel strategies and partner initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and partner feedback.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and OEM agreements.
• Support the onboarding of the company as an OEM partner by coordinating the necessary documentation, obtaining required approvals, and ensuring all agreements are properly signed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in pre-sales, technical support, OEM partnerships or a related technical role (internship experience is an advantage).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Good analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Eagerness to learn about enterprise technology, OEM partnerships, and intelligent systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
