Senior Bidding Manager at Workforce Group

Core Responsibilities

• Manage and lead bid teams for complex oil and gas service projects.
• Oversee all aspects of the bidding process, from proposal development and technical bid preparation to cost estimation and negotiation with clients.
• Provide expert guidance and support to ensure bids are competitive and compliant.

Requirements
Certifications:

• Engineering Degree (Petroleum, Chemical, or related field) preferred. Relevant professional certifications in project management or cost estimation may be advantageous.

Expertise:

• Deep understanding of oil and gas service contracting and bid preparation processes (7 years of experience).
• Strong technical knowledge, cost engineering skills, and experience working with multi-disciplinary teams.

Experience:

• Prior experience as a Senior Bidding Manager within a reputable oil and gas service company.
