Senior Associate CPT( Corporate and Personal Income Tax) at 21Search Limited

We are a professional consulting firm specializing in Accounting, Tax, and Regulatory Advisory. As we scale up operations, we’re seeking a Tax Associate to manage corporate and personal income tax functions for clients across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle client engagements on corporate, personal income, and other transactional taxes
• Prepare monthly tax reports and performance updates
• Conduct quarterly/annual compliance checks and provide advisory on regulatory risks
• Manage client payroll and statutory remittances: PAYE, Pension, ITF, NSITF
• Liaise with PFAs and pension authorities for remittances and PENCOM certification
• Generate client payslips and file annual tax returns
• Ensure timely TTC follow-ups
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Support other tax management tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• 3–5 years’ tax management experience (especially Personal Income Tax) in a consulting firm
• ICAN, ACCA, or similar qualifications are an advantage
• Strong judgment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication (written and verbal)
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
