    Job Summary

    • The Security Solutions Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by managing the entire sales lifecycle within a defined territory or segment.
    • This executive will act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their complex cyber risk and compliance challenges to strategically position and sell our integrated security solutions (software, hardware, and services).
    • Success in this role requires a blend of sales acumen, technical understanding of cyber threats, and the ability to build long-term, high-value client relationships.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas by closing new business and expanding existing accounts.
    • Strategically prospect, qualify, and develop a robust sales pipeline of target accounts across key verticals.
    • Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand client security posture and pain points, then craft and present customized, value-based security solutions.
    • Partner closely with Sales Engineers (or Solution Architects) to deliver compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations.
    • Lead all aspects of contract negotiation, pricing, and proposal generation to successfully close complex deals.
    • Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive cyber security landscape, emerging threats, and industry compliance regulations .
    • Accurately forecast sales opportunities and maintain impeccable records of all sales activity in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system .
    • Classify hot, warm, and cold leads based on their need, budget, and decision-making capabilities.
    • Manage, nurture, and convert inbound leads into sales opportunities.
    • Answering customers' questions and escalating complex issues to the team manager.
    • Developing in-depth knowledge of company products/services
    • Analyzing our competitors’ products and solutions/market to determine market success.
    • Demonstrate a deep understanding of our OEM’s products, services, and licensing options to effectively peach to customers.
    • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals customized to address the unique needs of each client.
    • Meet / exceed KPI agreed upon.
    • Contacting potential and existing customers to Upsell and cross-sell.
    • To be proactive in identifying opportunities for new business.
    • Collaborate with the accounting department to generate invoices, Purchase Order and quotes for customers.
    • Write and pass at least the prescribed internal exams .

    Person Specification

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Minimum 3-5 years of successful B2B technology sales experience, with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas.
    • 2+ years of direct sales experience in Cyber Security, selling complex software, managed services, or integrated security solutions (Sophos, checkpoint, Fortinet, imperva , Microsoft etc).
    • Expertise in anticipating and skillfully addressing client objections, particularly those related to pricing, competitive offerings, and implementation complexity.
    • Advanced proficiency with Sales CRM systems for pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
